Return Policy | MS Perfumes
At MS Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of perfumes and raw materials, returns are governed by the following policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged during transit
Product received is defective
Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to fragrance preference, change of mind, or usage dissatisfaction.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used perfumes
Products with tampered or broken seals
Raw materials once opened or used
Customized, bulk, or B2B orders
Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear photos or unboxing video of the product and packaging
Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible.
4. Return Approval
All return requests are subject to verification by MS Perfumes.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with the customer.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), return shipping costs will be borne by MS Perfumes.
For any other approved reason, return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
6. Inspection & Processing
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Once received and inspected, the return will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Refunds & Replacements
Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
9. Force Majeure
MS Perfumes shall not be liable for delays or failures in return processing due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions.
