All orders placed on msperfumes.in are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders involving bulk quantities, B2B orders, or customized products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available on request and is subject to additional charges, customs duties, and destination-country regulations.
3. Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order value, and package weight.
Any free-shipping offers or promotional schemes will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Packaging & Handling
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage, leakage, or contamination during transit. Perfumes and raw materials are packed in compliance with applicable safety and transportation norms.
6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges may be applicable.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged package, missing item, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos for verification and resolution.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
MS Perfumes shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, regulatory restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
